Perhaps the perfect show to start the new year, in Mac Power Users Episode 119: Geek Fitness David and I talk about our own journeys to better health and fitness and the geeky tools we're using to help us along the way. I took a more traditional approach of a gym membership and hiring a personal trainer but have found tech accessories and apps for helping me track my food, log my exercise routine, and monitor my weight essential for staying on track. David really geeked out with a fancy Wi-Fi scale, fitness apps and trackers. We talk about what worked, what didn't and how we're continuing to use these tools in the new year.
