Full Disclosure: 1Password is a sponsor of Mac Power Users
1Password 4 for iOS was released today as a brand new application and for a limited time is on sale for $7.99. I've been secretly using the beta version for a while and I absolutely love it. The ability to add favorites for quick access makes it easy to grab frequently used logins like my Apple ID password for downloading Apps and my bank's password for mobile check deposits. You can now create automatically-generated passwords from the App meaning I can create new user accounts for services from my iPad or iPhone and always have a secure password rather than trying to make something up and remember to go back and change it later. The integrated browser has been greatly enhanced for filling in passwords and other stored information. But perhaps my favorite new feature is that attachments now sync to iOS devices. (I accidentally let this slip a few months ago in an MPU ad spot and had to backtrack- oops!) I can scan the contents of my actual wallet (credit cards, insurance cards, etc.) into my 1Password wallet and pull up the images on my iPhone.
If you've got questions, the folks at Agile have posted a comprehensive FAQ explaining the new features, the requirements (it's iOS 6 only), and the transition to version 4.
